The Undergraduate Office in N502/N503 Ross Building provides advising to students throughout the year. During the Advising Period, from April to July, it is strongly recommended that students contact this office for an advising appointment to ensure they are making appropriate academic plans for the following year to meet their program requirements. In particular, students entering their second year, students changing their major or minor, students who are graduating and students seeking advice on course selection should book appointments with the Undergraduate Office at (416) 736-5902.

Students should obtain advising before leaving campus for the summer. In particular, the Undergraduate Office is too busy during September to mid October and January to mid February to do significant amounts of advising.
